About TIES

Taranaki Industrial Electrical Services (TIES) Ltd is a locally owned and operated business in Hawera, South Taranaki.

TIES offer a range of consultation, design, installation, inspection and verification in hazardous areas, machine safeguarding and design, build and maintenance of industrial plants for many of Taranaki’s industrial sector, as well as other businesses such as engineering and fabrication businesses.

All of our trade staff hold the relevant qualifications for undertaking work within explosive atmospheres and we employ our own inspectors to complete the process allowing us to offer all services from advising, design, installation, audit and inspection, through to documentation and control.

We have staff who are trained TÜV Rheinland certified Machine Safety Technicians, providing clients risk assessments, advise and design, installation and commissioning of machine safety systems and validation of the safety systems.

Our company’s culture is based on the ‘value of a team’.  With our team of highly experienced and qualified project managers, inspectors, electricians, apprentices, trade assistants and administrators we have developed a reputation for delivering exceptional electrical, project management workmanship and customer services to our clients.

Our team has developed strong relationships with our clients and suppliers and continue to build on these relationships.  With regular ongoing communications our clients are kept well informed of their projects progress and are provided with accurate up-to date financial information.
