Vacancies at TIES

We are seeking a motivated industrial electrician or third year apprentice to join our team at Taranaki Industrial Electrical Services (TIES). Based in Hawera, South Taranaki we primarily service the dairy and oil and gas sectors.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• New project installation or upgrade works including; Dairy process systems, Hazardous Area, Machine Safety, Switchboards, PLC
• Test, troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, control devices and related equipment in an industrial setting
• Oil exploration drilling rig support
• Maintenance support

To be considered for this role you must:

• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Have NZ residency or current NZ Working Visa
• Be currently living in New Zealand
• Have a current NZ Electricals Registration and Practicing Licence
• Have a current full New Zealand driver’s licence
